How it works

The consultation will dictate how we move forward in telling your stories!

It is a good plan to have an idea of your expectations before the consultation so we can accurately assess your needs. In most cases the process works best to focus the collection on one person or one event.

I will make a recommendation on which package seems like the right fit, and we will sign an agreement of work contract which will include outcomes, who will attend discussions, payment and timeline. I will always endeavour to be up front about costs and will not take on more writing than I can manage in a reasonable period of time.

I will sit with the person(s) who are participating for multiple sessions, using my interviewing skills to create clear stories that I can craft for you!

All discussions will be audio-recorded, and this recording will be given to you along with the crafted stories once the service has concluded. You may also request a copy of the raw transcription.
